TERMS OF SALE

All prices listed on our web site are in Canadian Dollars. Shipping and handling charges, as well as all applicable sales taxes, will be included in the total amount charged to each order. The TriSeven Designs Store reserves the right to modify the prices of products offered on our site at any time without further notice.

If your order was placed successfully, The TriSeven Designs Store will process and ship your order without delay. Please allow for a maximum of 14 days for delivery (or less).

DONUTS! GAME RETURN POLICY

Please note: Each Donuts! Game must be unused and in original box and wrapping when returned to The TriSeven Designs Store. We will issue a STORE CREDIT ONLY, minus the Shipping and Handling charges. TIME LIMIT OF RETURN: 30 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. All game stock returns must be authorized by the TriSeven Designs Store BEFORE sending the materials back.

ALL CANVAS and PAPER ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE THEY ARE ORDERED, AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. Thank you.

FOR ORIGINAL LANDSCAPE PIECES OR PRINTS

Please allow for 14 days for delivery (or less). All original paintings or prints are personally titled and signed by the artist on the back of the piece. All original paintings are purchased and delivered unframed as this allows for better shipping results. For purchases outside of Red Deer, Alberta this option is preferred as it allows for easy and practical shipping of the piece. However if you prefer to have a piece shipped with the frame, mat and glass, please contact Robert by email by the direct link on the website. Prices with shipping costs for all framed pieces will vary depending on the size, the weight and the cost of the frame.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders placed online can be cancelled prior to shipping without penalty. Please call us or email us at the store at sehubert@shaw.ca. Please indicate the order number when contacting us.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment can be made directly thought your PayPal account on this web site at which point shipping of the merchandise will be made immediately. If this option of payment is unavailable to you, we will also receive certified cheques or money orders in the mail prior to shipping, or if it is convenient, we can receive payment personally. When we receive payment, you will be provided with a confirmation of payment notice by phone and/or email. Once payment is received, the merchandise purchased is shipped immediately. Please allow for 14 days for delivery (or less).

SALES TAX

All prices listed on our web site are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes. Shipping charges are before taxes and subject to applicable taxes. The sales tax for orders and shipping charges are based on the applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rate. For merchandise sold in the province of Ontario, please add 5% GST and 8% PST. In the provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, please add 13% HST. For Quebec and all other provinces, please add 5% GST.

All information used when processing and storing transaction information is strictly for CUSTOMER USE ONLY. PayPal Information is stored with our payment processor and NOT with the Triseven Designs Store.
